Ingredients

5 lbs. Chicken Wings

Sauce (mix together in a large bowl)

  • 1 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • ¾ stick butter (not margarine)
  • 1 TB Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 TB Italian Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Seasoned Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper

Directions

  1. Prepare a tin foil lined cookie sheet 
  2. Deep fry wings for 10 minutes in small groups (5-10) whatever fits in the fryer. 
  3. Drain wings on paper towel then put into sauce while you add the next group of wings to the fryer.  
  4. While frying a group of wings, remove the other wings from the sauce and put on a tin foil lined cookie sheet.
  5. Continue until all the wings are on the cookie sheet!
